WPFF Marketing Analytics is Wood Prairie Family Farm’s private application for reviewing website and advertising performance and managing selected advertising settings. It connects authorized WPFF personnel to Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising through the application and its ChatGPT connector.

This public page explains the application. Access to the working application and connected business accounts requires sign-in and WPFF authorization.

What the application does

Google Analytics 4 reporting

Lists accessible analytics properties and retrieves requested reports, such as sessions, traffic sources, purchases, and revenue. The Google Analytics connection is read-only.

Google Ads reporting and management

Retrieves account, campaign, ad group, ad, and performance information. Authorized users can request supported campaign changes, daily budget changes, responsive search ad creation, and ad status changes. Advertising changes can affect delivery and spending.

Microsoft Advertising reporting and management

Retrieves advertising accounts, campaigns, and performance reports, and supports selected campaign, budget, and responsive search ad changes.

How account access works

  1. Sign in to the application with an authorized WPFF account.
  2. Connect each service through its own Google or Microsoft authorization screen. The application does not receive your Google or Microsoft account password.
  3. Use the application or its ChatGPT connector to request reports or supported advertising actions.

Google Analytics access is requested for reading analytics data. Google Ads access is requested for both reporting and the advertising management features described above. Connections and default account settings are shared by authorized WPFF managers. Requested results can be shown in the application or returned to ChatGPT for the analysis you request.
