Description
Prairie Blush is a clonal variant we found growing in a hill of Yukon Gold potatoes on Wood Prairie Family Farm in 2001. It has officially been recognized by seed authorities as a new and distinct variety. Prairie Blush has a beautiful pink blush, excellent flavor and matures 5 days later than Yukon Gold. Early-Season.
