NEW! Organic O’Henry Sweet Potato. 90-100 days. Midseason. Features above-average yields of large, fairly uniform tubers. Cream-colored skin covers golden flesh which is dense and slightly drier than that of orange-fleshed varieties. Delicately-flavored flesh is smooth, creamy, and stringless. Believed to be a natural clonal variant of Beauregard and discovered by farmer Henry Wayne Bailey of Vardaman, Mississippi, the self-proclaimed “Sweet Potato Capital of the World.”

Beauregard–New! 90-100 days Beauregard is about as early as a sweet potato can be! Does well even in the North; quite possibly the best variety known for producing large roots even in cooler climates. Offers generous yields of large, blocky roots of copper-red skin with moist, sweet orange flesh; very resistant to cracking. Roots store very well. Good baking type that is also great for pies. Developed by Louisiana State University in 1987.
