We Deliver. We make every effort to get your order to you as fast as possible, weather permitting. We are happy to hold your order for shipping at a future date for your convenience. Because of phytosanitary restrictions we ship only to the 50 states. Most orders ship by US Postal Service Priority Mail. Heavy orders ship by FedEx Ground. We guarantee shipments when you provide us with a correct shipping address. Some exceptional orders may require additional shipping charges.
- AK & HI: We ship to AK & HI mostly via USPS.
- Expedited Air and Alternate Carrier Delivery. Available at additional cost. Please call for details.
STATE SALES TAX INFORMATION:
We are required to collect Sales Taxes from states including:
CA, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, VA, VT, WA and WI.
Alaska Orders. We must add a $35 Phytosanitary Surcharge per Seed Potato shipment for documentation required by AK Dept of Agriculture.
Hawaii Orders. We must add a $10 Postage Surcharge.

When Wood Prairie Ships. We ship Organic Seed when you want it! We ship Organic Vegetable Seed, Organic Herb Seed, Organic Flower Seed and Organic Cover Crop Seed year-round. We ship Organic Maine Certified Seed Potatoes Ten Months per year (Sept until July) from our On-Farm Potato Storage (Click here to view our 50-State Map for Recommended Spring Seed Potato Shipping Dates). We ship Organic Sweet Potato Slips at the end of May. We ship Organic Garlic Seed from late September through October.
