Outstanding Brassica (mustard) family Oilseed Organic Tillage Radish produces natural glucosinolates (GSLs) which reduce soil borne pests such as pathogenic nematodes and funguses and inhibit weed seed germination. Hardy, drought tolerant, excellent nutrient scavenger. Improves soil structure and soil organic matter content. Should be in every farmer’s or gardeners toolbox. Ideal crop to cleanse soil and to precede potatoes, carrots, beets, parsnips, onions, peas, beans and other vegetable crops.
