NEW PALLET BOXES FOR WOOD PRAIRIE FARM. On Christmas Eve, our son, Caleb, bought twenty aesthetically beautiful hardwood pallet boxes (40" x 48" x 35" w/15" door) needed for grading organic seed potatoes this winter. The pallet boxes were made by a local business in Mars Hill – Travis Kearney's Pallet Boxes on Fort Road (US Rte 1A). Travis always builds his pallet boxes rugged like a tank. These boxes will hold 1000 lbs of potatoes or 800 lbs of carrots. Similar hardwood pallet boxes we built ourselves 20 years ago are still holding up for daily use. Jim & Megan
