Potato Sampler of the Month Just a note to tell you my wife was elated to get the 5 month Potato Sampler of the Month this Christmas. We've baked all three varieties, and had a little taste test (no favorite yet, all were good!) We've done au gratin with Gruyere Cheese. Some chicken stock and a combination of Carola and Reddale. Last night we had something called Potato and Leek Cakes using the Reddale.

Sampler of the Month Some weeks ago, I ordered a Sampler box and an "Easter Egg Collection" fro my mother as a Christmas gift. She could not have been more surprised or pleased!! Since the goods arrived, about a week ago now, I've had a (long distance) call from her EVERY EVENING, just to tell me how much she is enjoying every mouthful.. Thank you so VERY much, for helping me surprise my Mom this year with the perfect gift.

Organic potatoes ARE best! I ordered a 3-month sampler to determine if I felt organic potatoes were worth the cost - and I am convinced that they are! This year I will be ordering the full 8 month sampler package :o)

Not all potatoes should be baked These are some of the most delicious potatoes I have even eaten. As i chef I know good ingredients are hard to get, especially since I moved to Delaware. I appreciate my California home even more now that I did before. To the person from CT who said these potatoes have no flavor, your taste buds are asleep. If you prepare these potatoes the way that these people have suggested cause they are potato experts, you will find the flavor. Not all potatoes should be baked. Thats what killing your flavor. Try boiled with just a fresh parsley butter and s and p. Great full of flavor and amazing creamy textures. 2 thumbs up and 5 stars to Wood Prairie Farms, WOOO HOOOO!!!!

Super Amused! I got a 2 month sampler as a surprise from my boss for Christmas. When the HUGE box showed up at my door I think I laughed for 15 minutes. However, the potatoes are amazing! I'm now a huge fan of cranberry red; I never even knew pink potatoes existed! This is just a unique gift idea. I can't wait for my next box to arrive!
