carrots I roasted my first order in olive oil and they were the sweetest carrots I've ever had. My six grandchildren even ate them, well at least the four who are old enough to eat them!

Juice this carrot and take one sip! Chantenay is incredible. Just juice this carrot for a rich, full bodied healthy drink. Or serve the thick creamy juice as a cold summer soup or wrm it slowly on low for a rich sweet soup. Add olive oil, avocado and some seeds. Amazing flavors.
