Carola Seed
We LOVED our potatoes last year and can't wait for them this year! My family especially enjoyed the All-Blue mashed potatoes and the Yummy Carola! Thank you for such wonderful seed.

Perfect potato salad
I have grown these very year for about 4 years - lovely, nicely rounded almost white-skinned, Carolas make a perfect potato salad which gets me many compliments. Large crops, chipmunks leave them alone, too.

The BEST !
The BEST tasting potato ever!
Been growing Wood Prairie Carola's for 12 years... every year.
A co-worker insisted I not sell my Carola's to anyone but him... he wanted a steady supply !
Of course... he only got what we did not use.
Excellent !

Buttery taste
I tried four varieties this year and my kids loved the Carola for it's buttery taste. It grew quite well despite the wet summer. I will order more next year. Thanks KT

Very pleased with Carola
Just ran out of our Carolas we grew last fall. This is an excellent variety! I will grow these again next season.

Good resistance to the Colorado Potato Beetle
I'm giving this potato a 5 rating because it germinates well and has good resistance to the Colorado Potato Beetle. This potato did not yield well for us (pound/plant) as expected, but this may be a result of our heat in Virginia. July was particularly hot for us this year, however, we had consistent rain. The shape and color was consistent, however, so we want to grow this potato again next year to see if we can increase the yield with increased composted manure and stray to protect the potatoes from the heat.
