Cranberry Red Potatoes We just love your products! The Flavor is wonderful. Here is and idea for cooking your beautiful Cranberry Red. Boil the potatoes until cooked. Toss them in olive oil and crushed garlic and sea salt to taste. Put on the griddle or bake in a very hot oven (500 degrees) until crispy brown, then toss on fresh mint and serve. Another one is to cut the potatoes in wedges, toss in flour, Parmesan cheese and good paprika and bake.
