Ingredients:

All Blue, or other moist potatoes, quartered
- 1
Garlic head, peeled

butter

Half-n-Half, or cream (optional)

Directions:

Cover quartered potatoes and a head of peeled garlic in water, boil until tender, and drain. Immediately mash with a hand masher to your desired smoothness. Add salt, pepper, butter, and if desired, a little cream.
