In the early Spring the sweet sap of the Sugar Maple is gathered and a roaring fire boils that sap down to the pure maple syrup you enjoy. It takes a full 10 gallons of maple sap to produce a single quart of finished maple syrup. Our Maine maple syrup is 100% Certified Organic. We like it on oatmeal, pancakes, and in baked beans. US Grade A Medium Amber organic maple syrup.
