Rare and beautiful rosy-colored fingerling potato with moderately dry yellow flesh. Splendid baked or boiled. Great taste. 20 and 50 pound bags are shipped starting November 1st, to allow for the skins to thicken sufficiently to be cleaned on our brushing equipment.
