20 and 50 pound bags are shipped starting November 1st, to allow for the skins to thicken sufficiently to be cleaned on our brushing equipment.
Choice of two varieties including one or two fingerling varieties. Butte, Caribe, Cranberry Red, Elba, Onaway, Red Cloud, Reddale, Rose Gold, Yukon, Gold, Prairie Blush, Rose Finn Apple Fingerling, and Swedish Peanut Fingerling are available for this product
