Our vegetables are sold out until the new 2010 crop is ready. We are accepting orders now that we will ship at harvest time in late September or early October. A European root vegetable, white, sweet with a subtle flavor. Steam thinly sliced with butter and a touch of lemon and honey, or add to New England Boiled Dinner. Available October to February.
