Excellent as a new potato. Should be in every garden. Pronounced Ka-REE-bay. Lustrous purple skin covers smooth snow-white flesh. A great potato for boiling, baking, or frying. We are growing our new crop of potatoes and they will be available for shipment in the smaller bag sizes at Harvest in late September. Place your order now to reserve for fall of 2011!
20 and 50 pound bags are shipped starting November 1st, to allow for the skins to thicken sufficiently to be cleaned on our brushing equipment.
