Caribou Russet is an excellent NEW mid-season Russet variety originally known as AF3362-1 ("Aroostook Farm") bred in nearby Presque Isle, Maine. Attractive russeted skin with white, dry flesh. Very good for baking. Sizes early.

Great Grilled/Baked potato

This potato is a meal. It fills my whole skillet. The texture is substantial like my potatoes should be. I enjoy eating and grilling this potato on my Big Green Egg charcoal grill.
